The design of this beach house involved algorithmic techniques that combined emergent cellular communication and transformation with evolutionary breeding optimization.  Thousands of generations of cells were executed in conjunction with a mechanism for automating automation (scripts writing scripts).  Each cell shares the identical numerical “DNA” but due to environmental, emergent, and internal mutators, the cells develop individually.  Also, they gradually transform from the single simple cell, to individual organ cells, pertaining to circulation, spaces, structures, floor-plates, and canopies.
